This finance company came to us with a unique proposal…make our office into a club. This insurance company wanted to entertain some of their most valued clients and had to do so in one night. Their goal was to bring in 100 clients from all around the globe, show off their offices and continue the business. As CRE8AD8 also values ROI-driven events, we figured, let’s go for it. Guests arrived in their private jets and charters and were nothing less than A-listers in their book!

We turned this low ceiling office space with only two elevators and 15,000 sq feet into “Number$” — the club name of choice.

Complete with a fire & ice bar, which was a challenge in itself since they were located on the 25th floor and had to keep from making any water issue for their neighbors below them, this was something short of epic on the logistics scale. Coordinating with the ground crew, elevator company for weights and timing of load-in and execution, we had our fun cut out for us…but we pulled it off and now this is an ongoing event held quarterly for their to clients from around the globe.
