National Apartment Association

The National Apartment Association moves around the USA every year for their conference…and with them, so does CRE8AD8. Since 2012, we are there when the NAA Annual Conference touches down as one of their major vendors and only outside event partner for off-site events, hospitality & Destination Management Company. For over 5 years, we have been part of one of the most iconic and notable events taking place during the conference, Three Dogwood Night. 

This event is comprised of industry professionals who also double as the musicians on stage! This is an all-out PARTY. Buying out historic and famous venues to hold these events(Tabernacle, House of Blues, Fillmore and many more), this is the event EVERY attendee at the conference looks forward to. Not only because it’s the most fun, but because it starts at 10PM! It’s when everyone is ready to get out and have fun. It goes until at least 2am and is supported by other Sponsors in the industry who we all have the pleasure of working with on a regular basis.

There’s no shortage of live music, open bar and tons of promotional items floating around the venue. And yes, CRE8AD8 does it all. From our travel to the event site every year to the trade show floor and concert itself, we’re on site at an epic night of fun, music and drinks to some of the most influential people in the apartment industry. From doors to backstage, we plan it all.

We love them just as much as they love us, if not more. We almost feel that we shouldn’t charge because these nights are more fun for us than they know…but SHHHHHH!

We really only plan events, but this is one for the few events we’ll let slide and call a P-A-R-T-Y!
