We were retained by one of the largest Direct Sales Companies to produce a membership event for 30,000+ attendees. The goal was to showcase a new product and service. The main event, held at the famous AT&T Stadium was already managed by their in-house team. CRE8AD8 was to execute all off-site events for these members ranging from concerts, buyouts, ranch soirees and of course all transportation and logistics from start to end.

The excitement for us putting on this event is that we were in charge of sales and registration, check-in, credentialing, logistics, menu planning, space planning and layout…everything you can image that goes in to this event with the help of the company’s marketing department.

Not many realize how much goes in to an event like this when you have thousands of attendees depending on you to coordinate several events, back to back and sometimes simultaneously. Many clients also do not realize how many factors and people are involved with making this happen.

It took a team of 13, over 1,000 man hours to plan, 150+ staff to execute and much more we just can’t bore you with. When producing an event of this nature all in one week, it takes a lot more and justifies that when an event is done correctly, you just can’t skip the essentials or find the cheapest option. This was an example of an event that had the perfect combination of marketing, financial responsibility, event planning/execution and talented staff to make it happen. When you want to do an event right, this was how it’s done.
